Spicy roasted cabbage wedges: perfect side for any stir-fry!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 head cabbage
  • 0.5 cup Thai-style sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for your culinary creation.
  • Cut the cabbage into 4 wedges, then combine the Thai sweet chili sauce and Sriracha by whisking them together in a bowl.
  • Lay out cabbage wedges on the baking sheet and generously coat each with half of the flavorful chili-Sriracha sauce.
  • After baking the cabbage wedges in the oven for 10 minutes, switch the oven to high broil. Brush the remaining sauce over the wedges and broil for an additional 5 minutes.
