Tender pork chops seared and simmered in buttery apple cider with a sweet-and-tangy rub - the perfect weeknight dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pound pork chops
  • 0.75 cup apple cider
Instructions:
  • Combine brown sugar, honey mustard, mustard powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Massage the flavorful rub onto the pork chops and let them rest on a plate for 10 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add apple cider. Place the coated pork chops in the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Ensure pork chops reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
