Irresistible grilled salmon glaze loved by all, so simple to make.
Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 cups brown sugar
  • 4.5 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2.25 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 pound salmon fillets, with skin
  • lemon pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Fire up the outdoor grill to high heat.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and combine with brown sugar, lemon juice, dill, and cayenne pepper. Stir and cook until the brown sugar dissolves. Simmer on low until ready to brush over the salmon.
  • Season the salmon generously with zesty lemon pepper, then place it skin side down on the grill. Continuously baste the fish with a luscious butter and brown sugar glaze while grilling for about 20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. Remember to set aside a portion of the glaze for drizzling over the finished dish.
