Ingredients:
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery seed
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 1 onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into rings
Instructions:
  • Combine ketchup, chili sauce, water, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, chili powder, garlic powder, celery seed, black pepper, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  • Add the pork ribs into the slow cooker, arranging them with layers of onion and red bell pepper. Gently pour the sauce over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  • Slow cook for 8 hours on Low until tender and flavorful.
