Creamy almond banana oats recipe for a delicious and easy breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mash half a banana, then mix in almond milk, honey, almond extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Bring the mixture to a boil, then stir in the oats. Simmer over medium-low heat until the oats are tender and reach your preferred consistency, about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve the oatmeal in a bowl.
  • Dice the remaining half of the banana and generously sprinkle the oatmeal with the diced banana and extra cinnamon to taste.
