Baked Polish kielbasa in zesty Worcestershire sauce with lemon, brown sugar, and a kick of hot sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 0.33329999446869 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 0.66670000553131 cup water
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, submerge the sausage in water and simmer gently for 1 hour. Drain the water, remove the sausage, and set aside.
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, onion, sugar, hot pepper sauce, and water in the saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring. Pour the sauce over the reserved sausage in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes.
