Elevate crispy bacon and sweet potato pizza with tangy sour cream dollops for irresistible flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 200g pkt Medium Thin & Crispy Pizza Bases (2 pack)
  • 44.40 gm tomato paste
  • 1 small sweet potato, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 bacon rashers, thinly sliced
  • 1 silverbeet leaf, shredded
  • 80g fetta, crumbled
  • 60g tasty cheese
  • 44.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C, then evenly distribute the pizza bases onto two greased baking trays.
  • Evenly smother the bases with the rich tomato paste. Layer on the sweet potato, onion, savory bacon, green silverbeet, tangy feta, and gooey shredded cheese. Add a generous drizzle of sweet chili sauce. Bake until the crust is beautifully golden, about 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with sour cream and fresh coriander, then slice before serving.
