Delicious sticky rice and mango with coconut milk.
Ingredients:
  • 200.00 gm short-grain rice
  • 400ml water
  • 112.50 gm white sugar
  • 378.75 gm coconut cream
  • 3 mangoes, peeled and sliced
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine rice and water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Mix in the sugar and precisely 1 cup of coconut cream until well combined.
  • Serve the mixture in bowls, topping each with fresh mango slices and a drizzle of the remaining coconut cream.
