Creamy Swiss chicken casserole with condensed soup and herb stuffing, ready in under an hour.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) while you generously grease an 8x12-inch baking dish.
  • Combine condensed soup and milk in a small bowl, whisk until smooth.
  • Place the chicken in the baking dish and top each breast with a slice of Swiss cheese. Pour the soup mixture over the cheese, sprinkle stuffing mix on top, and drizzle with butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the center is no longer pink and the juices run clear, usually around 50 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to check for doneness - it should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) when inserted into the center.
