Deliciously cheesy Swiss chicken and stuffing combo.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package dry bread stuffing mix
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a baking dish, lay out the chicken breasts and top each with a slice of Swiss cheese. Mix cream of chicken soup with milk and drizzle over the chicken. Sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Pour melted butter over everything and cover with foil before baking.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until chicken is fully cooked and juices are clear.
