Creamy chicken and mushroom pasta with melty cheese.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (10 ounce) package uncooked egg noodles
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly grease an 8x8 inch casserole dish.
  • Combine the soup and milk in a bowl. Place chicken breast halves in a casserole dish and top each with a slice of cheese. Pour the soup and milk mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with mushrooms.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the chicken juices run clear.
  • First, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Then, cook the noodles for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, drain them. Finally, serve the chicken and mushroom sauce over the cooked noodles.
