Elevate potluck favorite with vibrant mixed veggies. Guaranteed recipe requests. Prefers frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots mix.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions
  • ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C. Reserve 1/4 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup of onions.
  • Combine thawed vegetables, mushroom soup, Swiss cheese, sour cream, fried onions, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
