Host a summer barbecue with loved ones to savor seasonal delights.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 4-6 beef T-bone steaks
  • 250g red cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 250g yellow teardrop tomatoes, halved
  • 6 bocconcini, sliced
  • 50g olive
  • 82.50 ml basil leaves
  • 3 tsp sherry vinegar
Instructions:
  • Mix together half of the oil, garlic, salt, and cracked black pepper. Place the steaks in a large dish and coat them with the garlic mixture, ensuring they are well covered. Refrigerate and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat a barbecue grill to high heat. Remove steak from the marinade and grill for 3 minutes on each side for a medium center, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill, cover, and keep warm.
  • In a serving bowl, mix together tomatoes, bocconcini, olives, and basil. Take the rest of the oil and vinegar, combine in a small non-metallic bowl, whisk, then drizzle over the salad. Serve with the steak.
