Savory taco seasoned beef, beans, salsa, and gooey cheese baked to perfection in a casserole.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds lean ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
  • Heat beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, then drain fat. Stir in dry taco seasoning.
  • Spread the browned meat in a 9x13 inch glass baking dish. Layer with refried beans, salsa, and finish with shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
