Taco Bake with Cauliflower Veggie Tots

Elevate taco night with our quick and delicious taco bake topped with crispy Cauliflower Veggie Tots for a veggie-packed twist! Ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package ORTEGA® Taco Seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 0.5 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) package Green Giant™ Cauliflower Veggie Tots
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain any excess fat. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup of water, simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer the seasoned ground beef into a 2-quart baking dish. Layer with tomatoes, corn, olives, and cheese. Neatly place Green Giant® Cauliflower Veggie Tots™ on top of the mixture.
  • Bake until bubbling and tots are golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
  • If desired, top with extra tomato, olives, cheese, and green onion for a burst of flavor and color.
