Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 can (16 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15.25 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar or process American cheese (8 ounces)
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 325°F and generously grease a 13x9x2-inch rectangular pan.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned; then, drain any excess fat. Mix in dry seasoning, tomato sauce, and corn. Transfer mixture to a baking pan and top with cheese. In a separate bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth, then pour over the beef mixture.
  • Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serve with the remaining ingredients.
