Savor the flavors of a taco in a delicious casserole with a cheesy biscuit topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup thick & chunky salsa
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 2/3 cup milk
Instructions:

  • Combine taco seasoning mix, salsa, and corn with the beef, ensuring they are evenly mixed. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 8-inch square pan or a 2-quart glass baking dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix Bisquick, cheese, and milk until a soft dough forms.
  • Spoon 12 dollops of dough onto the beef mixture.
  • Bake without a cover for 20 to 25 minutes or until the topping turns golden brown.
