Ingredients:
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen crisp shredded potato rounds
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place potatoes in a 15x10x1-inch pan with sides. Give the potatoes a generous spray of cooking spray, toss to coat, then spray again. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over the potatoes, toss well to evenly coat.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and piping hot.
