Spice up quick turkey sandwiches with zesty taco seasoning for a delicious twist in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 round focaccia bread (10 inch)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pitted ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon from 1 container (6.25 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 4 oz thinly sliced cooked turkey
  • 2 oz thinly sliced Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers
  • 2 oz thinly sliced Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Slice the bread in half horizontally. Combine olives, sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning in a small bowl. Spread the olive mixture evenly over the cut sides of both halves of the bread.
  • Assemble the tomato, turkey, and cheeses on the bottom half of the loaf, then cover with the top half. Use a toothpick or small skewer to hold the loaf together. Slice the loaf into 8 wedges.
