Irresistibly tasty roasted nuts!
Ingredients:
  • 400g raw almonds
  • 62.50 ml tamari
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (or 160C fan-forced) and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Spread almonds on baking tray and generously drizzle with tamari. Mix well to ensure even coating. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until tamari is completely absorbed.
  • Allow the dish to cool on a tray and then store it in an airtight container in a cool, dark place.
