Indulge in a cheesy beef and pepperoni Tater Tot™ casserole for a delightful dinner.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8-oz.) can pizza sauce
  • 2 oz. sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 bag (32 oz) Ore-Ida™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoes (about 3 1/2 cups)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is fully cooked, stirring regularly. Drain any excess fat.
  • Lower the heat to medium and gently incorporate the soup. Let it cook until it starts boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • Spread the beef mixture into a greased baking dish. Evenly drizzle pizza sauce on top. Layer pepperoni and bell pepper slices over the sauce. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Place Tater Tots™ in a neat row over the cheese. Cover with foil before baking.
  • Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes covered in foil, then bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 20 minutes until fully heated through.
