Delightful bear-shaped cookie pops that will be a hit with kids and fun to make.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 egg
  • 12 wooden sticks with rounded ends
  • 24 flat round candies (1/2 inch in diameter)
  • 12 Hershey's® Kisses® brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
  • 1 tube (0.68) Betty Crocker™ red decorating gel
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cookie mix, oil, water, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms.
  • Form the dough into 12 balls, each using 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough. Space the balls 4 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Shape the rest of the dough into 24 balls, using 1 teaspoon of dough for each.
  • Skewer a stick into the side of each large ball; add 2 small balls next to each large ball for ears. Gently flatten the balls until they are about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. Let them cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack. Allow the cookies to cool completely, which typically takes about 30 minutes.
  • Place 2 flat candies on each cookie for eyes, add 1 milk chocolate candy for the nose, and squeeze on gel for the mouth to securely attach them.
