Indulge in succulent lamb chops paired with flavorful bean and noodle salad for a delightful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 Lamb Forequarter Chops
  • 125ml teriyaki marinade
  • 270g soba noodles
  • 150g broad bean
  • 150g green beans, trimmed, halved lengthways
  • 120g pea
  • 1 bunch radish, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 82.50 ml mint leaves
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 20.00 gm mirin seasoning
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
Instructions:
  • Place the lamb in a dish and generously coat it with the flavorful marinade, allowing it to marinate for 10 minutes to enhance the taste.
  • While the water comes to a boil, cook the noodles for 5 minutes in a large saucepan. Drain them after cooking.
  • Briefly blanch broad beans, green beans, and peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Shock in cold water, then drain and peel broad beans.
  • - Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. - Drain the lamb chops, saving the marinade. - Cook the lamb for 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. - Pour the reserved marinade into the pan and bring it to a boil. - Let it simmer for 1 minute until the lamb is nicely glazed.
  • In a large bowl, toss together noodles, broad beans, green beans, peas, radish, and mint. In a separate bowl, mix oil, lime juice, mirin, and soy sauce, then add to the noodle mixture and toss well. Serve the lamb with the flavorful noodle salad.
