Teriyaki lamb cutlets

Easy weeknight dinner: Sweet and sticky Asian lamb cutlets.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml soy sauce
  • 60ml peanut oil
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
  • 7.20 gm honey
  • 8-12 lamb cutlets, trimmed
Instructions:
  • Combine soy sauce, peanut oil, garlic, ginger, honey, and a dash of cracked black pepper in a large non-metallic bowl. Mix well. Add cutlets and ensure they are coated evenly. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat a barbecue or stove-top grill to medium-high heat. Grill the cutlets for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until done to your preference. Serve the cutlets with salad or steamed vegetables.
