Marinate venison in teriyaki and garlic, coat in Creole seasoning, and pan-fry for a delicious meal, also great with beef!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound venison steaks, cubed
  • 0.33333334326744 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Creole seasoning
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, generously coat the venison with savory teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with aromatic garlic. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Combine the flour and Creole seasoning, then coat the venison in the mixture, discarding excess marinade.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, sizzle the oil and sear the venison for 15 minutes until beautifully browned.
