Ingredients:
  • 165.00 ml teriyaki sauce
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp dried chilli flakes
  • 1.5kg chicken wings
  • 270g packet dried udon noodles
  • 150g snow peas, trimmed, halved diagonally
  • 115g packet fresh baby corn, halved
  • 1 medium red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 42.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Prepare the udon salad by boiling the noodles in a saucepan of salted water according to package instructions until tender. Add snow peas and corn during the last minute of cooking. Drain and rinse under cold water. Then mix in capsicum and lemon juice, and toss everything together.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Mix together teriyaki sauce, onion, and chilli in a jug. Put the wings in a ceramic baking dish, then pour the teriyaki mixture over them and make sure they are evenly coated.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, ensuring to turn and baste with sauce halfway through until golden and fully cooked. Serve with a side of noodle salad.
