Spicy and flavorful Thai peanut sauce, perfect for noodles or chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup coconut milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced pickled ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon fish sauce
Instructions:
  • Combine the brown sugar, rice wine, and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, gently melt the peanut butter into the coconut milk. Be cautious not to boil the coconut milk. Blend in the sugar, then transfer to a bowl. Mix in the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili sauce, ginger, and fish sauce.
