Zesty potato salad with ranch dressing and a mix of tangy peppers, relish, and olives for a unique taste.
Ingredients:
  • 10 red potatoes
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.125 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 0.25 cup pepperoncini
  • 0.25 cup sliced black olives
Instructions:
  • Gently nestle eggs in a saucepan and add enough water to cover them by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, cover, then remove from heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 15 minutes. Discard the hot water and cool eggs under cold running water. Peel and chop the eggs.
  • In a large pot, cover the potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cover, and cook until tender for 15 to 20 minutes. Drain, refrigerate until cold, then peel and cube.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ranch dressing, relish, mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, and celery seed in a mixing bowl. Mix in the eggs, potatoes, onion, pepperoncini, and olives until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
