Indulgent Caesar dressing for salads or dipping. Toss with romaine, top with Parmesan, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Ingredients:
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped, or to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, blend anchovy fillets and garlic into a smooth paste. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, half-and-half, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce to the anchovy mixture. Blend until the dressing is creamy. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
