Creamy mayo dressing elevates any salad - from potatoes to pasta to greens.
Ingredients:
  • 85g (1/3 cup) whole-egg mayonnaise
  • 85g (1/3 cup) sour cream
  • 40.00 ml white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice
  • 36.40 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 5.90 gm Dijon mustard
  • 3 green shallots, trimmed, thinly sliced
  • 62.50 ml fresh continental parsley leaves, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, whisk until well mixed, and season to taste.
