Versatile garlic sauce for grilling, salads, and flavorful dishes with garlic, salt, lemon juice, and oil.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 0.5 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup olive oil (not extra virgin)
Instructions:
  • Combine garlic, salt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and olive oil in a quart-sized jar. Submerge an immersion blender at the bottom of the jar and blend until thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Angle the blender to incorporate all ingredients and blend until a mayonnaise-like texture forms.
