Easy 5-ingredient thin-crust pizza dough - crispy, chewy, and delicious with no rise needed.
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
  • 0.75 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour, divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • In a small bowl, mix yeast and sugar into 110 degrees F (44 degrees C) warm water. Allow the mixture to sit until the yeast softens and a creamy foam starts to form, about 5 to 8 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups of flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  • Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth for about 2 minutes. If dough is too sticky, incorporate the remaining 1/4 cup of flour.
  • Shape dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza pan.
  • Sprinkle with your preferred toppings, then bake to perfection. Delight in every bite!
