Ground beef and onion sauteed with cabbage, tomato soup, and seasonings, simmered to perfection in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 1.75 cups water
Instructions:
  • Heat a large pot over medium-high heat and add ground beef and onion. Cook for 10 minutes until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  • Combine cabbage, soup, water, and salt and pepper to taste in a pot. Mix thoroughly and lower the heat. Cover and gently simmer for 20 minutes, or until cabbage reaches your preferred level of tenderness.
