Create a mouthwatering Trader Joe's pizza using store-bought dough and sauces in a convenient 9x13 pan.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. fresh pizza dough, thawed
  • Cooking spray
  • 5 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Garlic Spread Dip
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. Trader Joe’s Italian Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 2 oz. sliced Calabrese salami (about 1/3 cup), divided
  • 1 1/2 oz. pepperoni (about 1/3 cup)
  • 6 oz. low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded (1 1/2 cups), divided
  • 3 Tbsp. refrigerated Trader Joe’s Pesto Genovese
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Prepare all necessary ingredients.
  • Allow the pizza dough to come to room temperature for 20 minutes before assembling the pizza. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Prepare your 9x13-inch baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Transfer the pizza dough to the baking pan and gently stretch it to cover the corners. If the dough resists and bounces back, cover the pan with a clean kitchen towel and allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes until it becomes more pliable for stretching.
  • Evenly coat the dough with Garlic Spread-Dip using a spoon or small offset spatula. Add dollops of Bomba Hot Pepper Sauce and spread it evenly over the Garlic Spread-Dip.
  • Layer half of the salami and half of the pepperoni over the sauces, then sprinkle with 3/4 cup mozzarella. Add the remaining salami and pepperoni, and finish off by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Drizzle small spoonfuls of pesto over the pizza, using about 1/2 teaspoon each time.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until the dough is puffed, with a golden brown edge and bottom, and the cheese has melted.
  • Remove the dish from the oven and elegantly place it on a cutting board. Sprinkle with fresh basil, slice, and enjoy!
