Elevate your fruit crisp game with this unique recipe: loaded with berries and topped with a sweet, crunchy blend of panko bread crumbs and almonds.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups Progresso™ plain panko crispy bread crumbs
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Combine Filling ingredients in a medium bowl until berries are evenly coated, then spread the mixture in the baking dish.
  • Combine the Topping ingredients in a medium bowl, then sprinkle over the filling.
  • Bake until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly, around 30 to 35 minutes. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
