Treat your loved ones this Christmas with homemade sweet truffles!
Ingredients:
  • 290g white chocolate melts, melted
  • 290g milk chocolate melts, melted
  • 290g dark chocolate melts, melted
  • Pink liquid food colouring
  • 165g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam White biscuits
  • 125ml condensed milk
  • 60ml liqueur
  • 160g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam Gelato Messina Iced Coffee biscuits
  • 200g pkt Arnott’s Tim Tam Original biscuits
  • 210g pkt Arnott’s Iced Vovo biscuits
  • 26.40 gm raspberry jam
  • 51.60 gm sweetened condensed milk
  • 20.00 ml white coconut rum
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, crush white Tim Tam biscuits until finely ground. Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of Baileys. Process until mixture forms a cohesive texture.
  • Prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roll the mixture into 2-tsp sized balls and arrange them on the tray. Chill in the fridge until firm.
  • In a clean food processor, finely crush the iced coffee Tim Tam biscuits. Add half of the remaining condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of Baileys. Process until the mixture comes together. Roll the mixture into 2-teaspoon-sized balls and place them on a lined tray. Chill in the fridge until set.
  • Crush Tim Tam biscuits in a food processor until fine. Combine with the rest of the condensed milk and Baileys until mixture is cohesive. Roll into 2-tsp balls and place on a lined tray. Chill in the fridge to firm up.
  • In a clean food processor, finely crush Iced Vovo biscuits. Blend in jam, condensed milk, and rum until mixture is cohesive. Roll 2 teaspoons of mixture into balls and place on a lined tray. Refrigerate to set.
  • Prepare 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Separate the white chocolate into 2 portions. Keep one portion aside. Melt the milk and dark chocolate in separate bowls. Dip Tim Tam truffles in the remaining white chocolate, alternating with milk and dark chocolate, then place them on the prepared trays. Add pink food colouring to the reserved white chocolate and create a marble effect using a skewer. Dip Iced Vovo truffles in the marbled white chocolate and place on the trays. Lastly, drizzle the remaining white, milk, and dark chocolate over the truffles. Allow them to set before storing in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks.
