Tender beef cubes cooked with carrots, onions, butter, and seasonings, perfect for campfire or oven cooking.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces blade roast, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 potato, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
  • Create a flavorful stack on a large square of foil: beef, potato cubes, carrots, onion, and garlic. Season generously with salt and pepper, then finish with a dollop of butter and a splash of water.
  • Crimp the edges of the tin foil tightly to seal.
  • For the perfect meal, either nestle it in campfire coals or place it in a preheated 375°F (190°C) oven. Cook for approximately 1 hour. Serve straight from the foil or transfer to a dish for a delightful presentation.
