Ingredients:
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese
  • 120.00 gm vanilla custard
  • 40.00 ml marsala
  • 750 g Italian panettone
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
Instructions:
  • Blend mascarpone, custard, and marsala until creamy.
  • Slice the panettone into 4 equal layers and begin by spreading the base with one-third of the mascarpone mixture. Continue layering twice more, finishing with the top layer of panettone. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Sprinkle icing sugar over the cake before slicing into portions to enjoy.
