Toffee Cookies & Crème Brownie Cups

Indulge in a heavenly Cookies & Crème Toffee Brownie Cup topped with frosting, toffee, fudge, and cookie crumbles for an easy and decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (13.6 oz) Betty Crocker™ Cookies & Crème Brownie Cups
  • Vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie cups box
  • 1 bar (1.4 oz) chocolate-covered toffee candy, chopped (1/3 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons hot fudge topping
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 12 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups and lightly coat with cooking spray.
  • Blend the brownie mix, oil, and egg until fully combined (the batter will be thick). Use rounded tablespoonfuls to drop the dough into each cup.
  • Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until brownies are cooked through and have a set edge. Gently press the center of each brownie with a spoon to create a slight well. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan.
  • Take the fully cooled brownie cups out of the pan. Gently massage the frosting pouch for 15 seconds to soften it, then snip off a 1/2-inch tip from one of the corners of the pouch. Squeeze approximately 2 teaspoons of frosting into each brownie cup and spread it evenly. Sprinkle some toffee on top.
  • Transfer the hot fudge topping into a piping bag or small resealable plastic bag, then snip off a small corner. Squeeze the topping onto each cup, and sprinkle cookie crumbles from the box on top. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
