Tangy bean mixture perfect for pairing with roast beef, lamb, or veal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 400g can borlotti beans, rinsed, drained
  • 2 vine-ripened tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 125.00 ml loosely packed finely shredded fresh basil
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the beans, tomato, basil, and oil in a medium bowl, gently tossing to mix well.
  • Season to perfection with a pinch of salt and pepper, then serve piping hot. (refer to notes)
