  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 large brown onion, cut into wedges
  • 500g 4 star beef mince
  • 5.00 gm ground cumin
  • 5.00 gm curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2.50 gm ground ginger

  • 200g Greek-style yoghurt
  • Basmati rice, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion until starting to brown. Stir in garlic until fragrant. Add mince and cook until no longer pink. Mix in spices, bay leaves, and tomato. Simmer until slightly thickened.
