Sweet and savory starter with irresistible jam - make extra for your next gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (28 oz) Muir Glen™ organic fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ras el hanout
  • 4 oz chèvre (goat) cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
  • Food Should Taste Good™ chips
Instructions:
  • Place tomatoes in the food processor bowl and blend until smooth and uniform in texture.
  • In a 2-quart saucepan, mix together pureed tomatoes, sugar, and ras el hanout. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 30 minutes until very thick, stirring occasionally.
  • Whisk goat cheese, cream, and lemon zest in a medium bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  • Top a sweet potato chip with a smear of Whipped Goat Cheese and a dollop of Tomato Jam.
