Brownie pops: easy and indulgent treat - cut, skewer, and dip in chocolate for a delightful dessert on the go!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Fudge Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box
  • 24 craft sticks (flat wooden sticks with round ends)
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6oz)
  • 2 teaspoons shortening
  • Assorted Betty Crocker™ Decor Selects decors or sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 13x9-inch pan with foil, allowing for a 2-inch overhang on the sides. Spray the foil with cooking spray. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Allow the brownies to cool completely, approximately 1 hour.
  • Chill the brownies in the freezer for 30 minutes until firm. Lift the brownies from the pan using the foil, then peel the foil from the sides. Cut the brownies into 24 square bars, arranging them in 6 rows by 4 rows. Insert a craft stick into one end of each bar while peeling away the foil. Transfer the brownie bars onto a cookie sheet and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Microwave chocolate chips and shortening in a small bowl on High for about 1 minute until smooth. If needed, microwave in 5-second intervals. Dip the top 1/3 to 1/2 of each brownie into the melted chocolate, add candy sprinkles, then lay flat on waxed paper or foil to set.
