Decadent chocolate-packed brownies.
Ingredients:
  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 155g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, whisked
  • 100g milk chocolate bits
  • 100g white chocolate bits
  • 115g plain flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C while you line an 18cm square cake pan with non-stick baking paper.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and butter. Microwave on Medium/50% power, stirring every minute, until fully melted, 1-2 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.
  • Combine the sugar and eggs with the chocolate mixture until fully mixed. Fold in the milk chocolate bits, white chocolate bits, and flour until evenly incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the pan.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out with crumbs clinging to it. Allow it to cool completely before serving.
