Elevate brownie mix with an irresistible tower of sweets.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (17.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Delights Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
  • 16 Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/3 cup chopped cocktail peanuts
  • 1/3 cup M&M's® minis chocolate candies
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) and line a 9-inch square pan with foil, leaving some overhang. Grease the foil with shortening or cooking spray. Follow the brownie mix instructions to make and bake brownies. Once baked, top with peanut butter cup candies in a grid pattern (4 rows by 4 rows) and gently press them down. Let the brownies cool completely on a rack, approximately 1 1/2 hours. For firmer peanut butter cups, refrigerate for 30 minutes if needed.
  • Combine butter, peanut butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed to blend until smooth and creamy. Evenly spread over brownies.
  • Sprinkle with marshmallows, peanuts, and chocolate candies and gently press down. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Lift the brownies using foil, peel away the foil, and cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Store any leftover brownies in the refrigerator.
