Whip up a quick and tasty cabbage salad in 15 minutes from Betty Crocker's Heart Healthy Cookbook. Ideal side dish for any meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups thinly sliced Chinese (napa) cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 3 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
Instructions:
  • Combine the cabbages and chives in a spacious glass or plastic bowl.
  • Combine marmalade, vinegar, and gingerroot in a small bowl until well blended. Pour over the cabbage mixture and gently toss to combine.
