Creamy Tuna Alfredo Pasta with Parmesan - A nostalgic and comforting dish reminiscent of mom's tuna casserole.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup penne pasta
  • 24 ounces tuna, drained
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Boil a big pot of water until bubbling; add penne and cook until al dente, about 11 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta and return to pot.
  • In a skillet over low heat, gently sear the tuna and season with onion powder and salt until lightly browned, around 5 minutes. Mix the tuna with cooked pasta, then stir in Alfredo sauce until well combined. Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese for garnish.
