Elevate canned tuna into a delicious meal serving four.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large wholemeal wraps
  • 250g hummus
  • 425g can tuna in spring water, drained, coarsely flaked
  • 1 telegraph cucumber, thinly sliced lengthways
  • 80g baby spinach leaves
  • 100g semi-dried tomatoes
  • 250.00 ml fresh mint leaves
  • 250.00 ml fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
Instructions:
  • Lay the wraps on a clean work surface. Evenly spread hummus on each wrap. Layer with tuna, cucumber, spinach, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with mint and parsley. Roll up the wraps to enclose the fillings. Cut each wrap in half and serve promptly.
