Kid-friendly tuna and potato patties for a fun cooking experience.
Ingredients:
  • 4 sebago potatoes, peeled
  • 425g can Tuna, in spring water, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 celery stick, finely sliced
  • Coles White Plain Flour, to dust
  • Oil, to fry
  • Side salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the potatoes in a saucepan until soft, then drain and mash them.
  • Combine the tuna, mashed potato, and egg in a bowl, then mix in the carrot and celery.
  • On a plate, sprinkle some flour. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a patty. Gently coat both sides with flour.
  • Heat a touch of oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden. Place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Enjoy with a side salad.
