Make elegant high tea sandwiches quickly for a delightful afternoon tea.
Ingredients:
  • 6 large slices multigrain bread
  • 40g butter, softened
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 110g packet brie, thinly sliced
  • 100g thinly sliced turkey breast
  • 73.13 gm cranberry sauce
Instructions:
  • On each slice of bread, generously spread creamy butter on one side. Evenly distribute the fresh spinach among the 3 slices. Melt-in-your-mouth brie and savory turkey should be layered on top of the spinach. Add a sprinkle of seasoning for an extra burst of flavor.
  • Spread the remaining three slices of bread with delicious cranberry sauce. Then, top the turkey with the saucy side of the bread slices facing down.
  • Trim the crusts off the sandwiches and cut each one into 3 fingers before serving.
